SPCA’s website was a labour of love project for Priscilla Reddy, a former Miss Hibiscus winner who had taken on the lead role of the operations as the facility’s Manager. Webmedia donated nearly 90% of the cost and the website itself has some extremely attractive animations and GIFs along with a customised feel that would appeal to men, women and children of all ages. It is loaded on a highly responsive framework that is extremely friendly to mobile platforms. The website also has a space for recruiting volunteers, making donations and downloadable adoption forms.
