Smart Chef is typical of a number of small to medium companies. They produce a quality product that is not represented in their packaging or promotional material. The products you see represented here were, before our involvement, simply packaged in a white box with a poorly designed sticker adhered to the centre of the pack thereby missing any impulse buying opportunities with new customers especially if the packs were stacked vertically, as they often are, when freezer space is at a premium. There was no appetite appeal and no suggested usages for what is really a very good product range.
We further proposed the construction of a website that not only features product but highlighted usage via desirable recipes and quality photography.
